For a one-time fee of £6, Fiore Lifetime Insurance covers all your bracelets and charms from the same order forever. If it breaks or is damaged, we'll replace it — no questions asked.

What’s not included:

• Lost or stolen items

• Cosmetic wear and tear (light scratches, ageing of materials/gold plating)

If the exact item you purchased is no longer available, we’ll offer you a replacement of equal or greater value.
